Cat Wants Food Put Into Mouth-Not Hungry-Cat Says Hand Feed Me

She's obviously not hungry but she's a gourmet cat that likes to eat only good tasting food and wants to be tasting something almost constantly when not sleeping or grooming herself. Whity, our pretty half siamese cat says hand feed me, I'm too lazy right now to put the food into my mouth myself.
This doesn't happen very often as most of the time she's actively searching for food trying to get into a cat food bag, putting her paws inside it or a treat bag and doing everything to get the food out or at least licking her paws that got inside the bag if nothing comes out.
She knows how to ask for food and get food which she then eats very quickly by herself.
What she does in this video is rare.
