WHAT AND WHAT NOT TO FEED YOUR CAT??

I welcome you all with Islamic greetings; As Salamu Alaikum
Today I am going to talk about ‘WHAT AND WHAT NOT TO FEED YOUR CAT?’
- Cats are very fond of fried fish. But fried fish or meat is harmful for them. The oil is bad for their fur. If you feed them any oily food, they might lose their fur fast. Simply boil the fish or meat in plain water without any salt or other ingredients.
- Friends, if you can afford, you can feed them cat food which is recommended by the vets as they contain complete nutrition.
- Foods that should always be avoided are Onion, Garlic, Raw Eggs, Grapes, Bones, Mushrooms, Bread containing yeast, Chocolates and Coffee containing Caffeine, Salt, Too much fat Food and above all make sure they do not eat anything from the Garbage which may contain toxins and harmful bacteria.
- Milk should be avoided as well. Cats are Lactose Intolerant. Consumption of milk may cause them to get severe Diarrhea. Instead of milk you can feed them Sour Milk and Chicken Stew which is very Healthy for them.
- Keep them away from eating rats as they might be poisoned. Always give them fresh Water and Food.
- Be a responsible owner, be a responsible human being. What I think personally; If each of our family members can take one small piece of fish or meat and mix them with rise we can feed one or two stray animals or birds. If we wish we can give rise to a new sunshine tomorrow.
- Every day we waste so much money here and there, we buy so many clothes, cosmetics and so on… Can’t we give a small amount of our earnings for the sick animals. If there is a will there is a way. Wake up people, raise your voice for the voiceless. Every day so many stray animals and birds die in hunger, thirst, cold, rain and the scorching heat of the sun. Why tomorrow, do it now. A little affection, a little attention can change their lives, can change their whole world. Lets make a beautiful world, where every living creature can live in peace.
- What did our beloved Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) teach us on Animal rights?? How did He show his Love and affection towards them?? He was always kind to them. I welcome and ask all the people from different religion to come forward for these poor souls.
