As James Lawrence (a.k.a. The Iron Cowboy) finished up the final portion of his 50 Ironman triathlons in 50 states in 50 consecutive days world record, my family took another challenge. His last 5K was our first 5K.
This Man vs. Diet video is loaded with some awesome advice from James as he wrapped up his amazing adventure and some family fun as we cheered him on and got some exercise of our own in.
Who cares if we were some of the last to cross the finish line!?! Here's hoping we can help our family achieve his goal of preventing childhood obesity.
