The Marine Stewardship Council has done all the hard work to ensure that illegally caught fish are kept out of the supply chain, so that all you have to do is choose seafood with the MSC logo on it – which is very, very, easy.
The Marine Stewardship Council is an independent, non-profit organization set up to address the problem of overfishing. It’s set an environmental standard for sustainable fisheries, and seafood that meets this standard carries a distinctive blue logo to make it easy for you to identify sustainable seafood products sourced from wild fisheries.
